Forest Hills Apartment
The project is situated almost directly across the main road from Sheger Park in Gulele, a green haven amid the urban landscape, and before the area known as Addisu Gebeya. The total land area of the site is about 2,700m2. The project has a G+11 block; incorporating commercial area, 2 bedroom units, 3bedrooms units, 4bedroom units and pent houses units. The project is to be inaugurated and handed over to customers on Jan, 2019. All the units are done with premium finishing including hardwood floors, premium light fixtures, cabinets, cupboards and sanitary ware.
East African Properties proposed site for its next project is located at the old Anbessa Pasta & Flour Factory, immediately behind and to the north of Awash Winery. The site’s location is at a critical juncture of commercial, residential and manufacturing areas with excellent access to the center of the city including the upcoming Financial District and Merkato – Ethiopia’s preeminent center for retail and wholesale trade. The total area of the site is 15,845m2 and total building coverage is to be around 42%. The project is estimated to have greater than 500 units, with buildings having G+12-G+16 storey.
